This program will provide training focused on fundamental skill development in a fast, fun, learning environment. Players will work with experienced coaches and players to learn proper technique for serving, receiving, setting, attacking, blocking and defense along with athletic development.
Academy Volleyball League [5th-9th grade]
The Academy Sports Center will host a Month-by-month volleyball training and competition program for girls in 5th-9th grade. This is an opportunity to train with some of the best volleyball coaches in the NW as well as top coaches from Brazil. We will train on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00p-5:30p. Every Friday will be competition nights where teams will compete in match play.
Academy Skills Training [7th-12th grade]
Academy training is specialized skills training in small groups. You will have the opportunity to develop more technical training in a specific skill. The coaches will incorporate our gadgets and technology into each session.
Private/Group Training
The Academy Sports Center offers opportunites to train with with elite level coaches in a small group setting. We currently do not offer one-one training, but will train groups of 3 or more. Please call or email to schedule!
